Elements Medical Collective is an Ontario-based virtual medical clinic focused on responsible medical cannabis assessment and follow-up for referred patients. The clinic was created to bring a more structured, medically guided approach to an area that can otherwise feel confusing for patients and clinicians.

Our goal is to provide thoughtful assessment, clear education, conservative dose guidance, and practical follow-up. We do not treat medical cannabis as a one-size-fits-all intervention.
Patients are assessed based on their medical history, symptom burden, medication profile, safety considerations, and goals of care.
