Our process is designed to be simple for referring offices, understandable for patients, and clinically structured from start to finish.
Referral submitted
A physician or nurse practitioner completes the referral form and faxes it with available supporting documentation.
Referral reviewed
The clinical information is reviewed to ensure the referral is appropriate and to identify any key safety considerations before booking.
Virtual consultation
The patient meets virtually for a structured assessment of symptoms, medical history, medications, risks, and goals of care.
Education and plan
If medical cannabis is appropriate, the patient receives education and a conservative, individualized plan. If it is not appropriate, this is explained clearly.
Communication back
Consultation documentation is sent back to the referring clinician to support continuity of care.
Follow-up
Follow-up may be arranged to monitor symptom response, side effects, dose titration, and ongoing suitability.
