Conditions we assess

Focused assessment for chronic pain and related symptoms.

Medical cannabis may be considered as part of symptom management for selected patients. At Elements Medical Collective, eligibility is determined through a clinical assessment that weighs potential benefits, risks, patient goals, and medical history.
